Teena Alders is a native Texan. She has lived in the Dfw area her entire life. She currently has been residing in Colleyville for over 20 years. She joined Keller Williams Realty, Southlake in 2016. Her passion for her client’s real estate needs are apparent in everything she does. Her knowledge of the industry helps her educate sellers, buyers and investors. Teena implemented The Alders Team in 2019, which consist of her husband Tim of 39 years, their daughter- Amanda Steger, and her sister in law Angie Alders. The Alders Team mission is to serve all their clients with the Utmost Integrity, from the first meeting until after close of the transaction. She also is trained in the Home for Heroes program, as well as, Home Sweet Home Texas program. These programs offer special down payment assistance for those who qualify. The Homes for Heroes serves military, firemen, policemen, EMS and teachers. The Home Sweet Home Texas serves the first-time home buyer in Texas.
When Teena is not working, she enjoys time with her family. She is a mother of 4 adult children. All children and in loves reside in the Dfw area which means she has time with her 8 grandchildren as well. When you ask Teena about her life, she will say she lives a Blessed Life.
